Terms and Conditions – European Conference on Complex Systems 2007

Hotel reservation

For a guaranteed hotel reservation a credit card is essential! The credit card must be valid at least until October 2007. Please complete your credit card details after filling out the registration form. All costs for accommodation and extras must be paid directly at the hotel when checking out. Your credit card details will be forwarded to the hotel and ONLY be charged in case of cancellation after September 1, 2007 or no-show. All accommodation changes and  cancellations until September 14, 2007 must be made in writing through the conference office K.I.T. (eccs2007@kitdresden.de), afterwards directly to the hotel.

General Conditions

The participants will receive a registration confirmation/invoice (pdf-document) via email from K.I.T. The conference fee and the cost of other booked items must be paid until the mentioned term of payment. For payments by bank transfer the participant has to pay all bank charges. Please note: The conference fee has to be received at the K.I.T. account prior to the conference. Otherwise the participant has to pay the conference fee cash or by credit card at the registration desk in Dresden. Please note that we accept EURO only. Personal and crossed checks are not accepted. For payment by credit card we accept American Express, VISA and Mastercard (Eurocard).

In case of cancellation until August 31, 2007, a handling charge of 120 Euro has to be paid. Refunds will be made after the conference (no reimbursement for "CRP Showcase only" - Registrations). No refund will be made if the cancellation request is postmarked after August 31, 2007. All changes and cancellations must be made in writing through K.I.T.

K.I.T. is only a mediator and is not liable for any losses of things, in accidents, destructions and damages of property and/or in the injury of persons, the reason does not matter. Participants take part at their own risk. Court Jurisdiction is Dresden. The right of the Federal Republic of Germany is valid.
